Cherries~! Get the Cherry crate cake~!

Hello, I'm Jocond.
This time, I made a Cherry crate cake filled with cherries.
I saw a strawberry cake on the other's blog.
It seemed like a lot of fun, so I wanted to do something similar.
Of course, all recipes are my own.
Cherry compote, white chocolate whipped cream, and chocolate Genoise topped with chocolate ganache.
The taste is absolutely delightful.
I made shortbread cookies and glued them together to make them look like a crate.
You need delicate work, but it's not too difficult.
This recipe for shortbread cookies has been tested over and over again.
It has been very successful.
The thing to note is that you make sure to harden it in the freezer before cutting the dough.
Just before baking, refrigerate for at least 15 minutes and bake in a cold state.
Use a perforated mat on the oven sheet so that it does not swell too much and the result is good.
Also, in order to get the even golden brown, it is also good to put only two pieces of cookie dough in one pan and bake them separately.
After 6 minutes, turn the oven sheet back and forth.

zest of 1 lemon
30g of water
270g cherries, seeded
90g sugar
20g lemon juice
6g Kirsch (Cherry Liqueur)
♥︎ Shortbread Cookies
170g soft flour
25g almond powder
70g sugar powder
85g cold butter
1 g salt
35g eggs
2g vanilla extract
♥︎ White Chocolate Whipped Cream
50g white chocolate
90g hot heavy cream
2g vanilla bean paste
270g heavy cream
♥︎ Chocolate Genoise ( Square Pan : 19 x 19 cm)
208g eggs
125g sugar
105g soft flour
20g cocoa powder
28g butter
20g milk
7g vanilla extract
♥︎ Dark Chocolate Ganache
45g dark chocolate
45g hot whipped cream
⭐︎ Pour the warmed cream over the dark chocolate, wait 1 minute, and then slowly stir from the center to completely melt the chocolate.

We have a cherry tree that produces a lot of cherries every year but we never get any. The birds get them all as soon as they turn even slightly pink. 🤷‍♀️

Es espectacular el pastel y muy original, gracias por la receta. Supongo se podrá hacer con otras frutas. Yo hice tartas con masa de galletas . Yo creo que el secreto está en tostar menos la galleta, que en cuanto los bordes empiecen a dorarse, retirarlas las galletas del horno y con la humedad del bizcocho, la crema y el frigorífico, la galleta se pone blanda y se corta perfectamente. Amazing! Maybe a solution could be to grab the box from the handles and lift it up, it'll hopefully separate and leave the cake with the beautiful crumb coat to cut. And maybe break the box into pieces with your hands or cut them and add to each serving, like a crumble or topping 😅 it's such a beautiful dessert!

Love this!!! 💕 My idea for the cutting problem could be to use cookies in smaller sections, like a wooden slate box. That way, more lines to cut along and you can still retain the beautiful box look! You always do amazing work! You are a true artist and your baking is always exquisite! 💕 P. S. The slates could be held together with a thick chocolate frosting for glue, perhaps?

Omg!!! That is a beautiful and creative cake that would taste spectacular. It's a shame to cut it at all but I'd be more than happy to😅. I would think not allowing the cookies to get to crisp, than with the moisture of the cake, compote, cream and putting it into the fridge would help soften them making cutting into it easier. 🤷Just an ideal as I'm not a very good baker. Thank you for sharing.

Спасибо за торт!Решение Вашей проблемы-я делала торт ящик с ягодами из песочного теста ,но все боковые части делала узкими полосками,по три с каждой стороны и коржи медовые и полоски из медового теста,прослойка крем и желе ягодное,в итоге после пропитки торт идеально режется!Попробуйте!😋👍💐

Медовое же тесто, если как на имбирное, то сильно пропитывается и размякает, тогда декор ставить нужно не задолго до подачи,чтобы не отпали эти "доски"

@@alinaatroshenko1435 доски не отвалятся,я торт с боков обмазала шоколадом и сразу наклеила доски🤣,на углы коротенькие вертикальные досточки и на них сверху и снизу капли шоколадные ,типа гвозди
