Watch their Wish Bus performance of this song and you’ll be able to hear the vocals better because Wish Bus isolates the microphones so well that you can clearly hear the harmonies a lot more. BINI’s vocals are top-tier so they pride themselves in singing with hot mics during live performances, like when they performed at KCON LA last summer. Not many girl groups do this.

they do sweet bubblegum pop just the right way like you can't help but fall in love with their concept. all-rounders yes! excited for the upcoming uploads. do it however you like. i will be watching. much like kpop, filipinos are also big on honorifics and giving respect to older people. so if you encounter videos outside mvs, performances and such, that bring up the word "ate," know that it's an honorific for older sister or older women in general. dont be confused with the english word "ate" (but also Bini ate in the mv). "kuya" for older brothers or older men. jhoanna is the leader while being the second youngest in the group

6:02 💯Agree. They are an 8-member choir, all their voices complements each other. Background vocals doesn’t compete with the leading vocals, instead it feels very natural and it makes total sense 😅. Perhaps you might like their “Huwag Muna Tayong Umuwi” on the Wish 107.5 Bus. They sound like a choir in that performance.

Please react to the WishBus performance of CherryOnTop to appreciate their vocal skills more. Please react to their "Karera" music video, dance practice and Wish107.5 performance next - this illustrates better the roles of the main vocalists (and the song has a great message too - so pls turn on the captions). CherryOnTop was aimed at the international audience, and is hence fully in English. Unlike CherryOnTop, Karera, Salamin and others the Blooms will recommend, are more of the "core" BINI hits, which reflect more the tastes of the Philippine audience. Despite looking similar to Kpop and Jpop, Ppop still maintains it's roots towards OPM (Original PH music) which is traditional Filipino ballads influenced by western soul, blues and funk.
