Hi everyone, its been 3 years i've been picking different fruit around australia , im not an employer . i don't hire people , im just a casual worker . So dont ask me for a job , XD lot of people do .!!! but i can suggest or give some tips about farmwork .etc....

The cherry picking machine works fast but I saw too many cherries wasted on the ground and the machine's wheel crushed them into pieces as it moved... That's waste of money too. I prefer people doing the job of picking cherries as they care and it's okay if they get to eat some of the cherries than have the machine pick fast but too many are wasted on the ground.. I'd love to do this kind of job anytime of the day..

You just call farms that grow things in that are in season and ask, they're not fussy about who they hire, though if you're a bad employee or creepy word gets around fast.

Them- Picks cherries the normal way with a latter. Me- Has fright of ladders and neighbor's cherry tree over grown so I go out of my way to sew a belt that clips on one of those universal buckets to climb the tree higher then the ladder will take me. Im complicated.
