The Relic Lancer of Destruction! - Master Demolitions on Atrium - Gears 5 Frenzy Horde 8-17-2021

Ok so these relic weapons are nuts! I missed out on these when the hive tile maps first came out because I was already a man with a plan. But now that we got them back? It's time to experiment with all of them!
I'll try sprinkling in these relic weapon videos as we go along, this one being the first.
Starting with how crazy this weapon is with demo. Now given, I don't know how much of an impact Bullet Boost had on the rifle, but it really didn't matter. We were SHREDDING through enemies like it's nothing, Good Kill kept the ammo flowing, and I barely needed to touch my boomshot. Arguably, I barely needed to touch Artillery Strike.
I'd be curious to see if TC will use relic weapons for anything in the future, or if this is a campaign and one-map write-off.
Also I would've tested the relic boomshot more, but after one use the Tac took it and I felt pretty well equipped with the Retro alone, so sharing is caring!

Infiltrator is a great class for this map the Relic Gnasher is like a slug shotgun that you can snipe enemy's from over 15 meters away. You just can't die otherwise your weapons dissapere so quick revives are vital.

You should run this setup as tactician with resupply speed loader with shredder replacing the amplifier. Can do wonders.

The only bummer is I THINK the nerf they did to Infiltrator at the start of OP7 made the 10x damage only work with ballistic weapons so I don't think the Embar will work That's not gonna stop me from finding out for sure tho lol

@@CherryQuenchGearsofWar aww man... you're right...I forgot all abt that...I haven't really played much infiltrator in op 8 because I was focusing more so on leveling up other classes...I had already leveled up my infiltrator.... but still.... Would there be a more devastating single strike in the game if that were possible??😆

Sharpshooter with the relic sniper, crit kills reset both rounds. So if you get a headshot with the 2nd shot you reload 2 bullets. Embar relic xray does stupid damage.

Cherry you should totally do an infiltrator match on this map and use the relic overkill, it’s full auto so blood resonance would do absolute work

this is brand new to me..so this is just a regular horde frenzy and it comes with special weapons? i've never seen that room open after wave 2

I keep hearing mixed notes, but I think you get the weapons on Frenzy between waves 2 - 4 and then they MIGHT show up for 50 wave horde as well? Some people have said yes, others have said no

I think on this map there's about 6-8 weapons and yeah they all have their own unique abilities to them. Some are better than others, I'd argue this is one of the best

Could use some help trying to get my seriously 5.0 chapter 2 .I beat Turbine on master but during the 50 waves I had to change batteries and my series x Xbox acted up and had to do a reboot .Team waited on me but I didn’t get the check .

Ahhhh.... so THAT'S the problem...I had been joining online atrium runs and not seeing them... but those were 50 wave runs... I'll have to join some frenzies

@@CherryQuenchGearsofWar exactly on that .I’m trying to get the seriously 5.0 chapter 2 .I have all the maps mastered and 4 more characters to level to 20.That takes forever .Even on the Clock cheat Half way on inconceivable campaign too
