Cheryl Chase interview

Voice actress and children's book author, who voiced Angelica Pickles on the original version of the "Rugrats" animated television series and who also currently voices her on the new 2021 reboot of the "Rugrats" animated series and who also voiced her (her character) as a teenager on the "All Grown Up!" animated spin-off television series from 2003 to 2008 and who also voiced the teenage version of Angelica Pickles in the 2001 "The Rugrats: All Growed Up" animated TV movie, and who also provided various voices on the "The Ren & Stimpy Show" animated television series from 1991 to 1996, including PTM's (Powdered Toast Man's) faithful assistant on the episode "Powdered Toastman" from 1992, and who also voiced Baby Pubert in the 1993 comedy film "Addams Family Values," and who also voiced Angelica Pickles in the 2000 "Rugrats" animated film "Rugrats in Paris," and who also has written children's books like the new 2021 children's book "That's Coola, Tallulah!," which is and which was also her first published children's book, and who is also the fiancee/or wife of legendary animation historian and writer Jerry Beck.

Wow that was a great interview. Cheryl Chase is a talented Voice actress and she sounds like Angelica in her normal voice. What did she said about Steven Spielberg opinión on Rugrats?

Thank you so much for the compliment! I really appreciate it. I agree, Ms. Chase’s voice does resemble the character, which made it especially fun to interview her. Her comment was that Spielberg called “Rugrats” an, “evergreen property.” And she then explains that he meant that “Rugrats” continues to be enjoyed by new generations of children. Thanks again for the great comment!
