I have had the book and tool for a couple of years easy - maybe the beginning of COVID. I am just now in a place to make one. This video gave me the exact visuals I needed in order to understand the directions better. Seeing it done, REALLY HELPS! I know this video was done 2 years ago, but thank GOD it’s still up. Thank you!

THANK YOU! I bought the book & template and signed up for a class only to have it cancelled when COVID hit. I've looked at it so many times, but have been afraid to try making it. Now, with your help, I hope to try it!!

Thank you for showing exactly how to begin, I have the book and read it so many times, but actually did not make a lot of sense to me and I have sewn for over 50 years. I also have never used a tool like this, and you have explained it so well.

I have made my seams to the correct width, so why then, when I twisted do the seams not align. What have I done wrong?

After you are all done, you will need to secure everything with Heat and Bond: kzbin.info/www/bejne/pYTCZZaGbMSom9E You have to work with it a little bit. :)

It appears that you have raw edges along the centre of the runner. Am I seeing that right? Do the edges ever get finished? Thank you
@SewingPartsOnline2 жыл бұрын
You are correct; they don't get finished. When you do the AMAZING twist, they're hidden! It's so cool.

When completing the 2nd half of that project I would have simply flipped it over so that I could repeat the same thing I did before instead of trying to pin from upside down and Envision what you're trying to do below your hands I would flip the work over so that you could do exactly what you did when you 1st startedPutting it together just a personal decision it would have made my brain hurt less
