I'm going to make this, thank you for the tutorial. My Aunt wants a table runner in 1960s colours, think orange, green and brown. Very Brady Bunch lol. I think those colours would look good in this pattern. Thanks again.

Thanks for this, but it shows something I’m worried about with the tube technique - bunching of tube strips fabric led to an uneven sub-cut. When looking at your first one I can see the strip isn’t even sided. How can we ensure we cut evenly and accurately? Thank you

If you stich out by columns instead of by rows you don't have to keep unrolling the quilt each time you do a run of the design.

See if you can edit with a dissolve rather than to a black screen. It feels choppy, or flashing. That's a hugh piece of cloth when finished on a table. What size please.

You are right. It was a voiceover afterwards that didn't quite work as well as when it was live. If you'll turn the volume up on the computer once it goes to the voiceover, the sound will be perfect. So sorry about that!

I have learned that pressing beforehand on strips sets like this is a waste of time. You can always direct the seam allowance on the next strip in the direction it needs to go.

Such a shame I couldn’t stick with the video as the flashing made me feel sick
@springpamthompson707811 ай бұрын
The time "saved" by not pressing was wasted in sewing the tube and then undoing the seam in the same strip set multiple times.
@kp276910 ай бұрын
However, you get the design quicker by doing it this way and probably less thread wastage overall.
