I've heard a lot of people say that the attitude of the Fever lockeroom is so much better than other lockerooms. Which is most assuredly true if you're looking into the Sky's lockeroom. But how much do we really know about some of the others? I don't think that we should be overly smug about how much better the Fever team is because there are other teams that also seem to have good team vibes. Like maybe the Wings, or the Liberty. Or some probably not so good like the Aces maybe? Just a random thought, since we were talking about lockeroom atmosphere.

Ima be honest, I think people are looking into this way to much. CC came in the league and played for the Fever. It would be obvious to anyone that she grew close to those players and vice versa. They most likely will always remain friends and will hang out but that doesn’t mean KM or anybody else is staying with the Fever. I do think KM will stay one more year and look for a trade when the new agreement is reached but that’s about it. Most players will most likely resign for one more year and will stay unless they can get a trade.

The Fever were 11th of 12 teams in total defense. They were 4-18 against the teams seeded ahead of them in the playoffs, all who by the way, have much better defense. What’s the Fever fan base answer? Get more offensive players who couldn’t guard spilt molasses. You’ll get more of the same. Another 20-22 type season.

Yes, but CC won't be a rookie next year as she was this year. Also CC played an entirely different style of game than the Fever and Sides had ever played before so it took a while before the Fever players and CC adjusted to a new style of game.

@@WJV9 Their defense was still bad. If you’ve watched the deeper stages of the playoffs you’ll see what kind of defense they’d be facing and what kind of defense they’d have to play. With the team they have, they can’t do it. Good defensive teams slow you down. The better teams all have real good defense. On top of that they have good offense. It’s hard to run off of made baskets. To run you need to have long rebounds off of missed 3’s and turnovers. It’s not just a matter of saying we’re going to run. Defense creates offense and so the Fever are limited against the better teams. That’s why they went 4-18 against them. Expect more of the same.
