Pile 2: I had been carrying sexual trauma in my body for years, and some of it was harming my sex life with my partner. We actually had a series of heart-to-heart conversations a few weeks ago, and found that we both carry trauma in our bodies. Since then, I've been healing so much! And our intimate connection is so much stronger now, both physically and emotionally. @someday2197 no, I just follow my intuition and it closes the piles for me. I can hold my hand over certain piles and I won't feel anything from them. Others piles I feel a warming sensation as if I was holding my hand over a candle flame. The piles i feel warmth from resonates with whatever i am expecting in my daily life. It gives me guidance st to what to expect.
