Pile 2 very accurate I do have social anxiety and it’s like I do want to talk to people but it prevents me from talking and when I do talk it has to be a quiet setting where I feel comfortable it’s always kind of a fight or flight response. Pile 1 here - I dress nicely and do my makeup really pretty to feel beautiful to myself and that elevates my own confidence when I walk out the door.
