I prefer to play 1. e4 e5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. d4 exd4 4. c3 dxc3 5. Bc4 cxb2. Very similar to the Danish, with the advantage of preventing black's ...d5. It's called the Göring gambit, and it's covered comprehensively by FM William Graif on his channel. Interesting Danish lines here! Thanks. Inviting Qg5 with sharp complications seems fun.
