@1:42 You trade knights on d5 very quickly. You should be asking yourself... where are the weaknesses in the black camp? The dark squares! Instead, ne4 aims to take advantage of those weaknesses. You can play c4 attacking d5 at some point then play nf6 and push those kingside pawns. Trading a very strong knight when trying to attack seems counter-intuitive.

I think when u go from playing blitz too much to rapid ur brain gets to fixated on playing moves fast. I experienced this too but now i just play 1 or 2 warmup games on lichess or an alt account trust me it really helps

That is my experience as well. Blitz or bullet hurts your rapid game and overal understanding of the chess game.

keeping your bishop on h6 to prevent h5 from your opponent is a nice idea

Shame to see another couple get by you, after you'd built up a dominating/winning position. You've been here before and things have turned around for you - hopefully we'll see that happen again in the next few games. Keep the faith!

In no way should you take advice from an 800 rated guy but have you thought about playing on more often after a win and quitting after one loss? Ideally it shouldn't matter but it might help playing your A-game more often. Keep at it, very impressive streak of uploading every day!
