The next one really isnt that hard. Cant capture before they ended a turn next to each other. They just need to stand next to each other ONCE and after that they are normal bishops. You do seem to have trouble passing that. Not a coder i assume as it does all seem incredibly clear to me.

The only three moves that put black in check are able to be blocked or captured. Qa8+ is followed by Bb8, Qb8+ followed by Bxb8 or Kxb8, Nb6+ followed by Bxb6. Interestingly enough, because of the opponent's drawback, Qa8+ WAS checkmate, but the other two moves were not

It's really the worst variant, it's almost impossible to figure out the opponents drawback because there are so many drawbacks and many of them have effects that are really vague and ambiguous. Its super rng whether you get one that's practically impossible or not. If you really want to have rng decide your victory then roll some dice.
