This game was so entertaining every move was masterful and dare i say human? Im rather tired of players playing a 45 move sequence of supercomputers main line moves before playing a bot endgame and drawing the game becuz they know that whenever theres a deviation its either loosing or you have to be beyond stockfish precise.

I like how Arjun's game resembled that of karpov. Binding your opponent's pieces and improving your position bit by bit till you have paralyzed your opponent's position completely.

@@user-ht7jt2gr5j if the rook chops off the bishop, the white rook takes on F7. And now the knight is hanging. Knight takes F6 would lose the knight to a pawn. Knight takes G5, then queen to H4 check is mate after knight goes back to H7 and queen takes H7. If black does nothing, queen to H4 is coming anyway. The only defense would be delaying the mate by a move moving knight G7 but after pawn takes with a check, the rook on F8 is taken on the next move as well and the pawn becomes a queen. Yes you can take it with Knight F8 but you are down two rooks with an opposite coloured rook on 7th rank and the queen ready to pounce. @DMP0507 Great tactical vision 👏

its weird really its like if arjun and gukesh played each other and one of them won and they ended up with the same points at the end of the tournament then the winner of their match wins the tournament if they both drew each other then the player who won most games wins if not that then the player who beat stronger players wins its very complicated lol let it be
