While playing chess I forget all these methods 😂😂😂

Easier to fall for this with a 2116 rating...I fell for academic mates assuming that my opponent will play within my ranking...just FN with me, I'd rather just not worry about it. By the 4th move it's weird if you play 30:00 games. This is a good reset reminder.. though as some said everything done by player 1 must be exact. Still entertaining!!!!🇧🇴

No way he/she takes on d6.. even if you have forgotten basic trickery. Ok I'll just watch😅

ok i didn't know about that checkmate against the fried liver. i have seriously never seen that done to me, everyone moves that pawn up and then freaks out on the double fork to the queen. if they're smart they move up the queen rather than take with the king, but nobody takes it all the way with the counter mate.

I just did that for the first time twice today actually. Felt really good. I was kinda toxic and said “oh no my rook” as I proceeded to smother mate my opponent.

Although White seldom responds exactly as per the choreography and I didn't get the quick advantage promised, it's good to keep the IDEAS in mind. Fairly often the opportunity to play those sequences comes up AGAIN later in the game. Most of the time if you can win a queen, even if you are only +1 opponent will resign immediately.

Nice, but there is a nice sequence that involves pawn d5 against the fried liver attack that is absolutly devestating and leads to a smoothered checkmate ;)

The second one never works coz your opponent is always gonna respond with pawn h3 to get rid of that knight
@donkeykong12343 ай бұрын
lichess says 28% plays pawn e3 which is the top move. h3 is 3rd at 18% and if you get pushed back then it's back to chess. the key is to get rid of the f3 knight so the follow up bishop check can do something.
@billymartin64972 ай бұрын
In answering the e4 opening with e5, you never mentioned what to do if they respond with the queen's knight instead of the king's knight.
