Chest grab defense

Chest grab self defense technique from standing up to the ground.
Please watch the video many times to see its details.
Technical key points:
1. Watch the opponent’s opposite hand
2. Place your hand on opponent’s hand
3. Don’t try to pry the hand off , especially against a stronger and bigger opponent
4. When applying the technique, make sure to step in to push forward a little bit, bend the knee slightly and rotate the opponent’s hand and grab it with inner side thumb and index finger.
