28:45 his training is no where near max intensity. Mentzer or yates would call his top sets a warm up. Full intensity looks way different then this. This coach talks about intensity but trains reps in reserve.. wtf
@blairmonkman7507 Жыл бұрын
Scientifically it's been proven 1 or 2 reps in reserve build as much muscle as leaving 0 in the tank. Training till you have nothing left to give and can't move the weight is like 5% better than 1 rep left if you can track it right. Having 0 reps left vs 1 rep is also miles better for your recovery. Also, he doesn't claim to be Mentzer or Yates. He's training hard bro 12:35 I'm barely past the first exercise what would you call this if he's not training hard. Also like the time you dropped, just like Jared said, moving a weight A to B with a lot of effort won't necessarily build muscle. The control and connection needs to be there with the effort.

The training snobbery from Jared is quite nauseating to be honest. There are people out there who look much better than Jared, have achieved a damn sight more and do what works for them. He isn't the God of training who gets to decide who is training hard and who isn't. Too much Mike has spilled into him it seems. If someone has found a training method that is the polar opposite to his yet it works for them, who on earth is he to judge and give it the thumbs down?

So sad that people call Jared the "science guy"... This man is science adjacent and about as dogmatic as they get. I cringe so hard whenever he spews nonsense about shoulder safety. Like many people in this sphere they overepresent their area of expertise, in his case it's definitely not injury or health data. Be careful who you worship... Also not taking away from him in the areas he has expertise he obviously is very accomplished in nutrition and bodybuilding preparation.
@adriankliros694 Жыл бұрын
Now you're working with a real coach that understands anatomy and the science of training. Now we can learn something and you will make better progress just as you have today instead of the old school Milo's just pushing weight around. Your finally getting it. Now there's hope. What are you doing with Milo's? Makes no sense. This is a real coach that can take you to another level. That Milo's is a joke to watch train you.... seriously.
