It's a special thing that you're able to communicate this way with your son. Most families have to use words.

Jacob's accompanying is much more reserved than he would do by himself. Just a classy rendition of a great song.

Dante Gijanto so true! I think that’s why I’m so bummed he’s always so insistent on making everything out and trying to be the jack of all trades; his style lends itself so well to collaboration, and yet usually the most we get to see is Jacob adding 25 tracks of himself to a solo track of someone singing... when he practices a little bit of restraint it’s always so incredibly tasteful!
@DaleNorth6 жыл бұрын
Restraint is also musicality. I agree. Classy and lovely.

@@adamcallahan242 1:46 turned my ear. Now I'm going back... 0:13 same chord ( 0:12 - 0:16 ), 0:46 same(ish) chord ( 0:43-0:47 ). But 1:44 -1:49 is super fine. But its all pretty standard. It is the 4th measure of the A-section in an AABA song where he, pretty much, plays the harmony of this measure as written. It must be the small things - little melodic and harmonic and temporal nuances that caress our emotions.

Mrs Suzie: can you tell Jacob that make a Djesse in Flac version? Is necessary for the audiophiles. Este video es precioso!
@martinoporto86766 жыл бұрын
@peter g that is 24/48, that isn't audiophile! I mean 24/96. Tidal doesn't support real 24/96. I want the files into my player.
@Simoneister6 жыл бұрын
Haha, you really think you can hear a difference between 48kHz and 96kHz sampling? 48kHz sampling can losslessly reproduce frequencies up to 24kHz, well above human hearing range.
@martinoporto86766 жыл бұрын
@@Simoneister Denon PMA 1600NE. When you sample at 96 kHz or more, it is not for listening above 20 kHz, but for more details INSIDE THE RANGE THAT YOU CAN HEAR. It happens as in the photographic sensors: you do not have more megapixels to see every detail perfectly, but so that, with the information you give, you can better interpret the details that you already see. The same happens in the audio. This is something that any experienced audiophile knows, and it is something very proven. What you say is the typical audiophile comment "Starter pack" that took that data from the KZbin Channel from a headset retailer.
@Simoneister6 жыл бұрын
Nyquist-Shannon sampling theorem is a thing yo. You can losslessly represent audio at half the sampling frequency.
@martinoporto86766 жыл бұрын
@@Simoneister Anyway, it is a mathematically proven subject and even personally (with people comparing in a set). We really do not care much about your "data" taken from the KZbin Channel of your favorite retailer. Do not interpret my message as aggressive or rude please, I do not know how to express myself correctly in English.
