I already following this habit:- 1) Daily 5 page book reading 2) Daily 1 hours exercise 3) 1 Glass hot water 4) 1 hours improving spoken english 5) Daily 1 hours watching learning video, along with Chetan Bhagat sir🤗🤗

Habits I had changed but again fell back into bad ones , but now I am going into it being more stronger and habits I want to build again are : early morning waking up, exercise , meditation , focused work /study time slots and self control .the habits are the systems which take us forward in life. The habits that I want to change : 1. Studying from online app only . Not revising concepts. Not solving questions. 2. Not prioritising myself and giving unwanted value to some friends. They are good in their life but somehow they sometimes get more attention than my studies. 3. Trying to be less confident and worrying that what others will think if I become outspoken and I go out to speak in the front . 4. I am ver quick in making any decision. I want to think for it atleast 5 times before doing certain thing . Before getting to the final decision I want to be sure of about it so that I don't regret later . I hope I will change my habits 💯

What i like the most about Chetan Bhagat videos is that he gives us constant Reality checks. Not only those pomp and show where there will be some chantings and manifestation B.S. He always tells a lot of bitter harsh truths that could be used for good. Ever since i started hearing you a lot of positive changes happened in my life. I started giving myself a lot of time i literally made a lot of improvements in my life. I learned to be accountable for the decisions i took . Thank you so much sir❤️❤️❤️

I have been working on a habit to watch something valuable whenever I am free like immediately after coming from office on KZbin like Different podcasts & videos be it indian or even I have started watching international ones also to broaden my mindset. Along with that reading every day before going to bed & before going to office in the morning. I am also working on physical health but frequently miss out the morning walk routine but consistently maintaining the habit of healthy & aware eating.. Thanks sir for sharing your knowledge & experiences & the way you see at life .. It really helps to broaden our mindset..

Fix my morning routine 😂 been years trying to fix it permanently. I fall off track. 1. Have a morning routine. 2. 200 minutes cardio every week. 3. Maintain journal. 4. Give my self 3 major tasks everyday. 5. Live more than just existing.

I will stop spending time on internet and live a focused life ...I have many thing to care of but the dopamine of scrolling is hold me back and sahi kaha aapne hatkadya badndra hu main kudhke...so I'll try to productive and have aactive life. thanku sir for making this video you have explain in a very easy manner, sir I have a habit of using mobile phone 2 years back I permanent deleted my social media accounts but i m facing major addiction of watching movies, web series, porn, sleeping in day time for 3 hours, and using mobile phones on average of 5-6 hours on daily basis I have tried to converted these habit into good habit but i get success for a short time only and again I shifted towards these activities because of that i have lost many opportunities over the last few years and before one month of final exam I shifted towards this bad habit again and at that time my watching movies, web series time has increased to 8-10 hours a day I don't know what to do but you have explain the mechanism of the brain in a very easy manner after watching this video I again work on my skills and i will definitely try to remove these bad habits and try to work on good habit.

I have started meditation tdy.. Bcoz i cnt focus on studies and hell lot of procrastinating! Also i started listening to bhagavath githa yesterday! These are my new habits! I hve been watching ur videos and beerbiceps podcast! I enjoy doing these and happy to consume good content! Garab yeh he ki mein padna nhi chaahti and not wake up in mrng! I have no insta or fb.. I left 2 yrs ago.! Only challenge for me is study! I hopethis mnth will be my most productive of my lyftym!

I think Porn is the only bad habit I have since very long. I tried multiple times to stop that but it is still there. but I will work on that more seriously from now. Thank You Chetan sir for guiding us.

@@Prakash77770 Frequency of watching it is reduced like back then I was watching porn in every 2 days but now its once a week. Not a very good progress. But to reach even till here it took many failures and I am still trying to completely remove it from my life.

Rewiring brain and habits: 1. Koi aisi cheez karni hai.. jo achchhi ho, per reward bhi mil raha hai 2. Find alternative: replace one reward with another reward 3. Ek buri aadat per kaam karna shuru karo. Ye baar baar karni hain.

I just want to incorporate one most important habit into my life which is reading ECONOMIC TIMES daily because soon I am going to invest the money into the stock market (right now I am in CA FINAL). For this, I am telling my brain that if I achieve this then I have the opportunity to take early retirement. I think from 02 Feb I am taking my first step towards this habit since I am very excited to know the BUDGET 2022-2023...
