Technically it’s not dry. Her black castor oil infused water is a liquid, a water based product. Her hair is quite damp, it’s not dry at all.

But I have to stay away from the blow dryer. I was able to put my hair into a ponytail before make a year since the chop. I find that when my hair is blow dried I can manage it better.
