I've been to this venue twice to see them, supporting Shinedown in 2010, and supporting Evanescence in 2012. Luckily the crowd with me wasn't like this, especially during the Carnival of Madness in 2010, that was one hell of a show.

Some crowds man. Why the **** even go . They must be at the wrong show. Selena Gomez is not playing tonight

They need another guitar player so that Pete can focus on singing and just playing the rhythm parts.

Damn, this is pretty poor live. Great band, great song, really poor performance

yeah....i understand adding your own twist to live versions but damn. seems like the recorded version was pretty touched up

God he's bad live. The songs are great but yeah man, that's the thing about writing vocal melodies like that. If you can't perform them live and you're a rock band...you probably should make them easier to sing, just saying.
@SteelRims9 ай бұрын
Also he is doing all of the guitar parts. They need someone else to do the lead guitar duties so that Pete can just focus on singing and rhythm.

@@SteelRimsBro it’s not like these are Jeff Loomis solos, these guitar parts are as simple as it gets…

@@5urg3x he seems to be struggling with doing both at the same time. I mean, with someone else doing the lead or main parts, he could just do simper chrods while he sings. He's not like Cobain or Hetfield who could easily pull off both, that's for sure.

@@SteelRimsIt has nothing to do with guitar playing man. Even if he had no guitar, I highly doubt he could sing live like how he does on the albums. IDK if you’ve ever tried but singing is very hard. Way harder than playing guitar, especially at higher pitch with these kinds of melodies.

@@5urg3x can vouch for that, (and i play guitar and am a vocalist as well). while guitar mostly focuses on finger placement and getting chords and strumming to be comfortable enough to remember. singing, firstly, needs someone who isn't tone deaf, someone with a big lung capacity AND with vocal chords that aren't damaged. there's also the addition of embellishments such as belting (which is hard to do without making voice cracks), vocal fry's, vibrato and so on. it sucks. singing is hard and anyone would be lucky enough to be decently okay. his performance was just very flat and he seems to be shifting in tone a shit tonne 😭 jt sucks cause the recording sounds amazing
