Pete Loeffler...for Gods sake, if you read these KZbin posts, I hope you see this! What is this news we hear that you guys are breaking up after this album? Ohhh, hell no! Us mere mortals watch in awe and amazement as you deliver these mesmerizing tunes from the heavens. They are literally presents from the angels. Dude, when you sing and jam, write and compose like that, all in one, it's a talent that I wish I could even touch for a second. You have been blessed with pure talent that most people can only dream of for a mere second. People watch, listen, digest, feel and embrace you and Sam. Don't you ever stop my man, no matter what. Never. Songs like Shameful Metaphors.. such a colossal mind shattering tune. It pulls at everything in my simple soul. And Endlessly continues that vector. So, don't you stop..to the very end fight...fight to write what you know needs to be said. Put it out there, no shame. No fear. You have an army of thousands that will follow you, prod you, support you, and appreciate your allegiance to metal to the very end.. The roads diverged in a wood and you took the road that was more heavy and metal...press. Crush it.

Shameful Metaphors Fear It's all the same Should I evolve To tend to these sights Said out loud then said again If fate's so wrong You'll start to feel lightheaded By my admission, nothing grows Just a longer list of unsorted laws So why then Has all my life made no sound And are your eyes Closing even now My life made no sound I fear your eyes closing Revolting man This sacred chain Brought down to trial No better man could fail the way You needed all Keep close the vein of empty Thoughts The finest river, The ravens tend All along insisting We're worlds away So why then Has all my life made no sound And are your eyes Closing even now My life made no sound I fear your eyes closing Behold the lost Behold a Band-Aid Behold the lost Behold a Band-Aid These shameful metaphors Fought it through the teeth These shameful metaphors Biting at your heels These shameful metaphors Fought it cheek to cheek So why then Has all my life made no sound And are your eyes Closing even now My life made no sound I fear your eyes closing
