What size screws are needed to mount gauge cluster to dash are they all #8 standard thread or machine or sheet metal self tapping thread

Where does the L shaped solid rod bracket go under dash by steering column go or mount to on a 1970 chevelle SS dash

Original Parts Group No. it’s a L Shaped metal rod fits under dash by steering column some type of dash column support rod. Can’t seem to find where it bolts to. Dash bottom and steering column area
