That’s where it’s located beam and axle. First time I’m changing fuel filter because car is hesitating, bucking and jerking. I figured I filled up with a Petrol Canada fuel and they had dirt in the gas. Thanks found the location of the fuel filter.

Your fuel filter doesn't have an flow direction , so does it matter which direction it installed ? Or it is matter just when the filter has direction arrow on it ?

Yes one side says " in" . Remember one side has an electric wire connection.
