I thought to mention that because someone had been in there before and totally ripped the panel up. It was missing all the retainers and flapped in the breeze. haha

On at least some 97-02 that area the power window switches mount to is a separate piece of the door panel. The one I pulled a power window motor from a couple weeks ago had that already separated from the panel when I got there.

oh yes, the newer ones break just behind the lever at the cable retainer. Not sure why they cant fix this stuff other than they plan on it breaking to keep the money coming in.

It looks like a farty little handle, shame they didnt put a bit more metal into it, or moulded some plastic around it, for a bit more strength+cold insulated.

Yes we all know what a fart is, digestive gasses going south lol. But Farty to me means small or barely good enough, but english is adaptable, you plonk a daft word in the right place and it becomes negative and a judgement. "This handle is about as usefull as a fart in the bath" lol. Read the bottom line of this: farty. Adjective. (comparative fartier, superlative fartiest) (informal) Resembling or characteristic of a fart; flatulent. (chiefly UK, informal) Small and insignificant; petty.
