Guys, this guy know what he is doing.. I had this flickering problem on my instrument cluster and he fixed it in 2 hours at a reasonable cost.. Agree that this video doesn't have the details, It's pointless to show the changing of degraded components, because different components fail for different clusters.. I run around atleast 200 kms for fixing this cluster before finally finding him. Recommended!

I am from West Bengal and my Chevrolet Spark instrument cluster has same problem. Light is blinking in cold weather and when weather becomes warm it works. I need to repair that. @@skavichakravarthi blinking issue. Its a small smd capasitor complaint near to cpu. Replace that capacitor now its working

Digital works when temperature of atmosphere rises and when there is rainy atmosphere, cold atmosphere Meter starts flickering. And when I start AC, and temperature decreases, that time also meter starts flickering. Mechanic is unable to find problem. Pl. Suggest solution.

Sir, there are some electronic parts complant in that meter, if you change it, it will be fixed and then it will work like a new one

Step 1: check for 5V and 3.3V and total board current. 5v should be approx.5V, 3.3Volt shd be approx 3.3V and total board current should be around 20mA. if these things are fine. continue for step 2. Step2: Change the crystal

problem is not solved ...why is fuel and temp blinking ????????????????

since he just connected the voltage to power up the board and there is no fuel and temp input is not connected to the board. so both temp and fuel is blinking. once you connect this instrument cluster to Car with actual connector, everything will work as usual.
