I ended up doing the Cruze kit V3.2 after 2 years of changing the valve cover once every 90 days i have not had one issue with the modification and when my car went in for oil cooler replacement last week the mechanic mentioned that i did GMs job for them.

I love your video I'm preparing for the day ultimately when I would have to do this modification to my intake. By any chance do you remember what code would pop up with that aftermarket MAP sensor

Can I just block that manifold pressure valve and route all pressure to pcv in front of turbo intake? so it just one valve work in all crankcase pressure from idle and boost phase condition.

Hey Spool, is there a way to just get rid of the PCV system if using a oil catch can? After looking at the way the vacuum lines are run I have a few questions I was hoping you could answer. Is there a reason you have to have the crank case gases recirculating back into the intake? I was hoping to completely block off the PCV check valve on the intake manifold and just route it straight to the turbo via a catch can. The way it is currently set up it seems the two lines are working against each other when the intake manifold is under vacuum and the intake is pulling in fresh air. I know there is a good chance that I do not understand how this system works. Could you shine some light on this for me? Thank you!

'14 Cruze LTZ RS, catless down pipe, billeted waste gate actuator, and BNR EFI Live tune. I installed the V1 PCV fix kit, with an Acdelco FC256 oil cap, then ran the intake manifold PCV outlet to a mishimoto catch can, then a check valve, then connected to the PCV turbo inlet with the stock check valve. Finished that about 2 weeks ago. I didn't do the oil cap until about 5 days ago and up until that point I was getting a gas/oil mixture in the catch can. I haven't checked it since, but would like to reduce the fuel in the catch can so I'm just getting oil. I think I may have had a boost leak through my old oil cap so hopefully replacing it will fix the fuel in the catch can.

Trifecta Tune ZZP CAI ZZP Catless Downpipe ZZP Catless Midpipe ZZP BWV3 Turbo "Ported" Trubendz 3" Exhaust Vibrant Street Power Muffler Forge Atmospheric BPV Forge Wastegate Actuator MSD Coil Pack ZZP Coil Cover E85 Flex Fuel Kit 60# Injectors BNR Throttle Body Spacer I will be adding the ZZP Big 3 Wire Upgrade and the ZZP Intercooler Kit within the next week or two.

How did you get your old check valve inside the manifold out?

I just pushed it through with a wire like a metal coat hanger it pops it out of place and I just shook the manifold Intel it fell out from the throttle body opening.

Where did you buy the throttle body spacer? Did you drill a hold in the throttle body spacer too.

I got the Throttle Body Spacer from Badnewsracing.net and it comes with the 2 holes already tapped and ready for use. Zzperformance.com has one as well that is just as good and is anodized to prevent it from corrosion which is better and a bit cheaper as well so I would recommend this one over the one I currently have.

You can certainly buy a new intake manifold if you want but chances are the same thing will happen again before you are done with the car.
