Chevy K10/K20 Front Axle Shaft Replacement

Had to replace both front axle shafts after breaking them in the 1986 K20 plow truck This applies to all GM 10 bolt front axles.

Are the k10 Chevy spindles the same size as the k20 spindles? Reason I’m asking I have a k20 some stuck a 6 lug axle under the front end. I was hoping to just swap out the front rotors to 8 lug. Or would have to get k20 spindles and the rotors? Also would the brake caliber have to be swapped to a k20 caliber or are they the same?

Is this western Massachusetts?! I could have sworn I saw that truck for sail on rt 5 in Northampton 3 or 4 months ago….
