Hi in this video I will show you how to confirm the fix on you vent no blowing air

@@javonte122 it should if it's not blowing in the front but is in the rear. Takes like 10 mins to replace too. Super easy

Thank u for the valuble vedio. One step needs to be done before that is to recalibirate the actuators. I unplugged the hvac batt 10amp fuse for 1 to 2 min and put it back. Run the car for 2 min with ac off. Turn off car then start again and turn on ac. And it worked the fotst time. If not try again.

I have an 09 Tahoe. I am getting air thru the vents up front, but nothing out the back. I can hear the blower (I think) turning on when turning the rear vents on, but nothing coming out of the back vents only. Same thing possibly? Or is it another blower somewhere else.

I have a 01 Chevy Suburban and only my REAR vents work, not the front. My defrost doesn't work either. Would that be caused by this same issue? Or would it be something else? I had no issue out of my ac/heat and one-day last week I got in my truck and turned the heat on to warm my truck before I left the house and it made a loud weird scraping-like noise. Like hard plastic rubbing together. And it only made that noise after I turned my power/blower switch on to get the heat blowing. Any info would be greatly appreciated! Hello thanks for your feedback , well in this case your fix will be a new blower motor , it be best if you can remove the old one out and put some power and ground and see if it run, if it runs then yes the fix will be the resister , but I'm sure it will be the blower motor since it made the noise and then stop

Hey I'm having the same issues wit my 2001 tahoe. I've changed the blower motor and I've put a new resister on and I still don't have no air flowing out vents. When I drive and car warms up my heat works just not blowing through vent

Mine is a 2008 tahoe and the ac is not blowing thru my vents you can hear it when I put it on the rear ac blowing just not blowing they the back vents either in the headliner

Hey thanks ,, Yes sir your problem will be the door blender actuator but first make sure all the vacuum lines are connected under there

Is the truck started when you checked the blower motor? When I turn mines on I can’t hear the motor working the ceiling vents work fine and I hear the motor but the front vents are getting nothing

I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe. Three of my front ac vents don’t blow as strong… only the middle front vent & my back vents blow strong. Also, my front ac vents doesn’t blow cold air while I’m sitting in idle… my rear ac vents blow cold in idle though… Any advice as to what’s the problem here?? I would really appreciate the help…

I've Tahoe 2008, a few days back it started blowing hot air from the front vents at the driver's side. I switched off and re-started the car - it got fixed. But the next day the same thing happened and restarting the car didn't help. It starts with cold air and in 30 seconds with a strange noise (plastic friction noise) the air becomes permanently hot. When I changed the vent mode, it turned to defrost mode permanently. I plugged out the battery terminal for a while, which changed the vent mode from hot to cold. One of the electricians, without troubleshooting, advised me to change the AC Switch Control but I am not convinced. Also, he stated that your motor isn't responding while you change the vent mode. Please advise.

So what was it doing before you changed that ? When you turned the a/c on it all sounded like it was coming on but nothing was coming out the vents ? Asking bc that’s what mine is doing and it would be great if this is the fix.

This one was only blowing on the max speed ,, your fix will be the door blender I believe

@@nestorautorepair well I did what you did here just to check first and when I jumped the blower motor it came on and blew out the vents so I turned the truck off and plugged it back in figured I’d order that relay or whatever and tried it again and now it’s working 🤷🏻‍♂️ lol. Idk which one of going bad the blower or the resistor but I may just change both to be safe

Yes if this par is bad it will work something , check your wiring connector to the resister if is burn in the inside

It is not cranking, the lights on the dash come on when we turn the key, something clicks but it won’t even try to start.
