DA BEARDSMEN I agree. Terrible place for those amps. Those are nice amps too I run 2 of them in my blazer. The vibration is going to kill the amps after a while. Beautiful set up but 100% terrible amp placement

I don't see why not. However, the JL Audio 8W1v2 subs that were loaded into this enclosure don't require a large amount of internal enclosure volume, nor do they require much depth. But you should be able to adapt this design over to another woofer type with relative ease.

28s were a good choice. do 8s get low though? I've got a 10 in my armada and a 12 in my subaru.. and feel like a 15 in the big nissan would be better

Hey Chris, the 8-8" woofers would get plenty low. Deeper bass response is extended when, despite each woofer being smaller in diameter, multiple woofers are coupled.
