Here is the Passenger Side Air Blend Actuator that is located at the top of the dash: amzn.to/448hZJl The use of this Amazon link does not cost you a single penny more. It does give Power Addicts a small commission to help create these helpful videos. Thank you for your support!

Nicely Done! You covered everything I needed to see to make this repair without screwing up the dash pad and vent. I also appreciated your use of tools and sense of humor. We're kindred spirits 😊

Thank you very much, glad you enjoy the channel. My preference is Bosch pumps, that is what I use in 1991 YJ. Have a great day!

I have an 07 escalade, and the heat is sticking or the A/C is sticking.... I can get the heat to work if I change the temp to full 90 degrees, otherwise it blows cold air. Every now and again it will work perfectly. I'm thinking they are just getting old and need replacements. On the '07 Escalade are there only two just like in that '05 Tahoe? The Cadillac Mechanic on "just answer.Cadillac" actually referred this video for fixing my Caddie. So, I believe it should be similar, and all on the right hand side. I've had my dash apart several times while wiring rear cameras, and a new head unit that is way better than the stock GPS system (garbage in my opinion). Anyways, two or more?

Escalade, Tahoe, Yukon, Suburban, etc are all pretty much the same trucks. Just different badging, trim and of course "Bells and Whistles". There are actually 3 actuators, I have another video showing where all 3 of them are located. The 3rd one just changed where the air comes out at ... top or bottom of the dash. The other 2 control the temp. So, depending on which side you are having the issue will determine which one you need to change. The one in this video is the passenger side. I have another video for the drivers side actuator. If you are having the same temperature issue from both sides it will be the climate control in the center of your dash (where you are turning the knob to adjust the temp). It can be re-calibrated, if that doesn't work ... replacing it may be the option. So figure out if its the passenger side, or drivers side, or both at the same time. Then you will know what to address. Thanks for checking out the video!!
