Jonathan, seems to me that you need to fix the woman b4 you fix her car! Anyway the door ground wire does seem like someone may have tampered with it. It doesn't look good for the dealership if they were working when she had the car refreshed, and not working immediately after getting the car back!

We'll never know what really happened. Theirs a ton of customers that are quick to point the finger at whoever touched it last.

Trailblazers had bad connector crimps corrosion and the pins are garbage and break hunt down electrical not always fun it's timely at hatch the wiring that runs through snaps wires internally and screws up your TCM connections that control many things like locks windows and engine fun times finding those issues
