Before watching you, I never thought of myself as a fiber artist. I can do all the things except tat (and I do own an antique shuttle) and even worked for a couple years as a pro stitcher for a design company out of California. I can crochet my ass off, but am struggling to relearn knitting. So, thanks to you I now know myself to be that fiber artist! You are my new binge watch as I do not watch tv much...thank you for being your down to earth, spontaneous and delightful self!!! PS...I cuss too...

So this is why you have a stuff room. Awesome idea cause my stuff is all over the place including other peoples house. I’ll be at a friends house and comment on something displayed how cute it is. They are like you gave it to me you made it! DAH. I always give my things away and since I’m all over the place with what I do have done and will do, I simply don’t remember. They will ask “you don’t remember?” EMBARRASSING moments and then I feel like how tacky is that, that I forget. Sorry y’all’s I blank cause it all just runs together. But way cool they remembered that makes me feel quite........ whatever. Just joined your Ravelry group. Love your vid’s.

I have decided to bing watch you today. 🤪🙂💖 Those sweaters are so beautiful. I am doing a project now from fiber, to dye, to drop spinning, to not sure yet either crocheting or knitting a shawl with it. There is a sheep to shawl fest in my area every year. When I went there was not one shawl anywhere. So my goal is to make it and then go there and rock it. 😊

Well that was a fun watch. I loved hearing your story - by watching this intro and your Kristy Glass interview. So what high school did you go to? I went to Evergreen - I'm sure you know where that is since you grew up in Northwest Ohio. We were the high school surrounded by corn fields, and didn't have a town. I could relate to so many aspects that you shared. And what county fair did you go to - because the Fulton County Fair can't be topped. I was in 4-H for 10+ years. I always made sewing projects. But now I love knitting and crocheting. I'll look forward to watching more of your episodes!

It's refreshing to hear a podcaster say she's not going to be apologizing for absences. That always strikes me as strange, not that they might make mention of being gone awhile, but for apologizing for it. Like you, unless they've dropped off the face of the earth for several months, I never know (or mind) how long it's been since their last episode. I just let the KZbin subscription button tell me when it's time to watch them.

I got that glass at the Four Roses distillery when we went on the bourbon trail last year!! I really tried to like bourbon.....but no 😖 if I had to choose tho, it would be four roses for sure👍 I have never had the tiny cocktail onions but have always wondered about them!!
