The video Bulma founds was totally created by TFS (beautiful detail, btw) He was Gevo, the son of Dr. Gero, and the inspiration for the appareance of Android 16. The explosions and screams in the background were because kid Goku was attacking the base of the Red Ribbon. Gevo died that day.

Mr. Satan is actually, legitimately, one of the strongest non ki-using Earthlings. He would be considered weak by comparison the the Z Fighters (yes, even Yamcha), and he's a self-absorbed jerk, but he's much stronger than the average human. And there are a several moments where he is legitimately useful, and after he meets Buu, he changes for the better

In case if you forgot, what Cell was referencing to when he started to explain the story was that in the beginning of OG Dragon Ball, Teen Bulma was the first one to meet Kid Goku. She drove there in a car 🚙 and Goku, not knowing what vehicles are, (since he grew up as a country bumpkin) he thought it was a mechanical beast, so he knocked it over and tried to fight it. But in response, Bulma flat out just shoots him with a gun no questions asked.

You forgot the part where Bulma hit Goku with the car first before he started fighting it. Then when he survives the collision and starts fighting back she says "how dare you?" and shoots him multiple times before complaining about him not dying. I like to think talking about that story is like 90% of Bulma and Vegeta's pillow talk.

Satan didn't have any reason to train or master ki. At the point where we meet him he's become so wealthy that he would never need to enter another tournament again. He also had no idea what Cell actually was and only got to really know the Z Fighters in the middle of the Buu saga.

If Mr Satan was in the first Tournament Goku fought in... he probably would have beaten Yamcha, Krillin, Naam, maybe even Goku. He wouldn't have beaten Master Roshi and Giran's gum would have been a problem. Mr Satan is top 1% of Earth fighters, unfortunately we follow aliens and the 0.0001% of Earth fighters in DBZ.

5:30 The last tournament before the one Mr. Satan won (which was off-screen, of course) was just before DBZ started, at the end of Dragon Ball. Where Goku fought (and beat) Piccolo in the finals and then married Chi-Chi. 6:30 Mr. Satan is strong... for a normal human. But anyone of signifigance at this point is quite literally a million times stronger than him. Even Krillin is probably like... at least a thousand times stronger. 13:58 A lot of people forget how Dende left at the end of Season 2... which is fair, because it seemed like just a throwaway gag. But yeah... he confessed his love to Gohan, then panicked and sent all the Namekians to New Namek. It's been a few years since then. 18:35 Yeah, Namekians have very sensitive hearing, and whistling hurts them. This was a callback to the Lord Slug movie. 19:58 Nah, this came up at earlier points in the series. The dragon can't simply wish away an opponent stronger than its creator. I mean, they could probably find a way if they got creative about it (and DBZA even pokes fun at this a few times), but the dragon balls really only exist as a convenient plot device, and what fun would a story be if you could just wish away all the antagonists? :P

One of the limits of the wishes the dragon can grant is that it can't affect anything stronger than it is and it's strength is tied directly to the namekian that created it. So no, they can't just wish Cell gone. It's also why they didn't wish Goku back to earth at the end of the Freeza saga, Goku refused and the dragon can't force him as he's stronger than it.

shenron can't affect anybody stronger than him/kami (or dende now) if they don't want to be affected. and shenron isnt all that strong, Piccolo's dad who got beaten before the start of Dragon Ball Z was able to kill him in a single blow. That was the reason he couldn't teleport Goku back after namek, and the reason in the actual show that they didn't do like abridged shenron suggested and just make Nappa and Vegeta explode back in the first season.
