I'm not even surprised that Aster asked for emotional support during THAT part of MADiSON. It's one of the most terrifying objectives to complete in a horror game that I've ever seen in my life. If I had ever played this game without hearing about it or seeing other people's videos of their playthroughs of it, I would've immediately contacted a close friend to either be in a discord call with me or just come over to my place in person just to have some kind, patient and brave company to be able to help me get through this segment.
