An overrated city with significant drop in tourists recent years. If you're interested, beware of high lving costs, extreme heat, heavy pollution, unfriendly people!

significant drop in tourists? everywhere had a drop in recent years, its called covid idiot lol. chiang mai is as busy as it has ever been right now. high living costs? how poor are you? chiang mai is cheap.... extreme heat? its south east asia so its hot, but its cooler than bangkok and other cities in the area. polution? only bad during the burning season unfriendly people? not suprised by this comment given how much of a twat you come across in your comment here LOL you are right, chiang mai sucks, please stay away ;)
