Great video guys. Would love to see more videos like this and some budget videos geared towards a more realistic retiree budget (social security + 401K/pension). There are way too many stupid videos on how to live to $500 or $1000 in Thailand. No thanks. For the 20 something backpacker or 'digital nomad' (dumbest thing ever) that might work, but for the average retiree focusing on a $2400-$2800 monthly budget would hit the sweet spot, imho. Thanks, can't wait to visit in Nov!

Hey you guys, just a suggestion. It would make sense to also display prices in Thai Bhat, just because the exchange rates are always fluctuating. Thanks for the content, love the house and condo tours.

@@TheNarrowGate Agreed, I would like to send that, I'm Aussie so i have to convert from US$ to AUD anyway, so would be much appreciated.

I for one prefer the USD. Thank you for putting it up. I’m still not familiar with Baht yet

I would pick the 2nd house. Two pools and a gym come with it, 3 baths with the master's being ensuite with a bathtub, nice kitchen even though it had the smallest fridge and no oven.

Great video, really appreciate the effort you both put in. All three are a great deal ( covid rates?) no 1 or 2 would be my choice depending on the distance to city centre. stay safe🙏

Thank you, glad you enjoyed it! 😊 Yes, rental prices are definitely better right now due to covid.

Yes, but I would pick number 2. U felt number 1 had a lot of noise coming from the road.

Great video! I may have missed it, but do they mention anything about allowing dogs?
@TheNarrowGate3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching! We did ask about dogs, it’s something you’d have to discuss with the owner and sounds like it’s on a case by case basis depending on the dog breed, etc. But yes, some rental houses definitely allow dogs. 😁 We have 2 small dogs of our own in our container home. Not sure if you’ve watched the tour we did of our current rental home a few months ago.
