Chiaotzu is an interesting character, he uses only energy based attacks and defenses, and if they developed him a little bit further he could use his advance abilities to over power his opponents with trickery and energy wizard like abilities, showing the audience a unique form of martial arts existing only in the Dragon Ball universe.
