If this is advancement then I'd hate to see what regression is!. Personally I'd measure advancement by the win/loss columns and by the progress of his rookie QB. On these measurables Poles has failed dismally. I don't hold CW entirely responsible for his own failure, I hold Poles and the OL responsible. Personally I think Warren needs to fire Poles.

After Poles saying he knows we need to fix the Offensive line to protect JF. Flus & Poles gut the team out from under a 1 year QB. bring in no Offensive line help, no WR help, and hire Guetsey (who's never OC for rookie QB). Then year 2 put a 5th round draft pick to guard the blindside of the QB, kept the OC, Nate Davis (reputation of poor practice) and Chase Claypool. 2 correct things are DJ & Wright. that mess deserves to be on the "HOT SEAT". Possible firing if the team does not win 9 games this year! IT'S NOT THE HC, IT'S THE GM!!! running this crapshow...

I do trust poles with the roster but for me the head coaching position is the most critical for us going forward into the future if we get that right everything else will eventually sort itself out kw should steer the search but allow Ryan to have input on it

of course his job is safe. what organization let’s a gm draft a qb, and sign 4 or 5 guys to huge contracts and then fires him. if the bears fire poles the year after he drafts a qb then they are easily the dumbest franchise in sports. the other GM would always have a built in excuse

If we fail at the next HC and OC we will be in the basement until the team is sold. I know we can still acquire really good players but we have a talented team if we shit on the next HC and OC what's next. These talented young players will be older and banged up.

Poles sucks he tore down the roster got rid of all the leaders and hasn’t produced anything but losses. over half of his signings and draft picks don’t pan out😂 idk what yall talking about he’s done good he is just as bad as flus in my eyes and by week 6 next year the whole fan base will be calling for poles head unless he hires kliff or maybe ben from Detroit.
