I see a lot of people in the comments mentioning how Chibi Minilla has been changed to a girl in this episode, so I thought I'd add some context (as someone who can speak some Japanese). I listened to the entire episode, but they never once specified the gender of Chibi Minilla. Due to how the Japanese language works (as in often times you never even need to use any pronouns in a sentence whatsoever), gender reveals can often be delayed or not even mentioned at all. Due to how the English language works (as in absolutely needing to say the subject of each sentence every single time, unlike Japanese where it is often omitted), the translation needed to use either "he" or "she" in each sentence (otherwise it would have made no sense & would confuse viewers as to who you're talking about). I suspect that the translators chose "she" as the character sounds like a girl & has a pink color tone. In this episode, Chibi Minilla also uses the pronoun "boku" when talking about him/herself, which can be used by either gender (but is used most often with younger boys). So Chibi Minilla in this series could just as easily be Chibi Godzilla's younger brother. Due to the gender not being revealed in the Japanese dialogue, Chibi Minilla (so far) has not really been confirmed to be either Chibi Godzilla's sister or brother. All that I can tell so far is that it's a younger sibling with the gender not being specified as of yet. (Again, this is due to the English language absolutely needing to use pronouns, since the subject of the sentence MUST be said in most cases.) Unless they were specifically asked by the JP team to make the character a younger sister, it's just the result of translation complications.

Interesting! After learning a bit of Spanish, it's fascinating to see the differences in languages. I thought that English was pretty unique in its lack of gendered words compared to the Germanic or Romance languages like Spanish. But seeing that Japanese seems more neutral than English is pretty neat! I guess I've had some inkling of this since, as far as I know, Nintendo's Kirby is referred to with gender-neutral words in Japanese while he's identified as a he everywhere else. I thought it might've just been a cultural thing, but seeing that it might also be baked into the language certainly makes me more interested in investigating Japanese! Thank you for your comment!

Damn, the voice talent in this series is so OP. It's a total "who's who" of top-tier seiyuu. The fact they're voicing adorable, superdeformed versions of kaiju and still going hard in their roles just makes it all the more impressive :) P.S. I'm not sure how to take it that Chibi Minilla's VA is the same one that does smoking hawt Tenka Izumo in Mato Seihei no Slave lol.
