4:45:22 There wasn't TV back then, it was that this cult dates back all the way back then and now works under the guise of a Children's Broadcasting Company. The company's name "Hameln" comes from the German city of "Hamelin", which was also the place the story of the Pied Piper took place. If you think thats a stretch, just bear with me. The company's logo is that of a rodent with the company's name in the middle - a clear visible sign. The more deeper sign comes in what the company does and how it does it. See, there are theories and interpretations of the story where the Pied Piper is viewed as being Death, the Devil, or some form of demon. In exchange for helping the townspeople be rid of their rats, he wished for their riches. When that couldn't be provided, he asked for their souls - couldn't be provided as well (supposedly). They ran the piper of the town, and so he came back and took the city's children as punishment - taking their future as payment. Side note: but I think Wooly and that rat creature are somehow tied together. See, I believe Wooly is the part of Amanda trying to keep her together - to keep her sane. Heck, he could very well be seen as her superego in terms of Freudian psychological theory - as its apparently the part of one's personality consisting of self-restraint, one's conscience and ethics (that is a barebones description, and its sort of like the angel on your shoulder). The rat/possum-looking thing is perhaps her Id, the part of the psyche consisting of baser behaviorisms like hunger and self-wants.
