@@BubblyViolin11 thanks :) it takes my chelsea boots from autumn to winter and i have to bring out the heavy duty winter boots only if it gets really cold
@mmmmmmolly3 жыл бұрын
@@Valzora- mine were a bit large because I'm in between sizes and got the larger size, the brand didn't do half sizes. i added some normal leather insoles that have a thin foam lining for autumn and i switch them out for the wool in the winter. But it also depends on the boot i think, i have chelsea boots with an oval toe and if they were my perfect size they would probably be tight with the insoles. If the boot has a wider/rounder toe or looser fit it, or if your feet are on the thinner side (mine are not), it will probably be fine with the insoles. If the boot is a snug fit and it's leather, there are special leather stretching sprays you can get to get them to a more comfortable fit or a cobbler may be able to do it. Hope this helps :)

I was just thinking yesterday that I'm a slightly boho/romantic (some floral, maxi flowing dresses etc. in spring and summer, but quite classic in autumn especially winter. I've never heard of anyone changing styles like I do and wonder if anyone else does this? In your video when you said autumn seems more buttoned up it made me think I may have company. Thank you D. Jeanne
@karenhenline19063 жыл бұрын
D Favorito...you most definitely have company !. Even my hair..which is longish...changes texture and style in the humid summer !. I go from straight and sleek with almost no effort in fall and winter...with blazers pants..straight skirts and sling backs..to wavy hair..semi Audreyish in summer...so naturally my style gravitates to easy breezy dresses...and sometimes hair ribbons even....I never really thought a lot about it until now....i just knew I couldnt do the classic capsule wardrobe because of my split wardrobe and style personality . Lol

I completely disagree with point #1. Ladies, blazers are not for everyone and please don't stress if you find you look odd wearing one. If you have a softer, rounder frame, a structured blazer may throw off your look. Instead, a nice cozy cardigan or a jacket with less structure will work much better
@Wednesdaywoe19753 жыл бұрын

A shawl collared blazer helps soften the look for those with softer, rounder frames. Thanks for mentioning the jarring effect, mannish, that blazers can produce. Buying one in a vivid color was someone's suggestion that I thought was worth considering.

I disagree. Rounder softer woman need the structure of a blazer to make them less soft and round. Nothing looks better than a great fitting blazer.
