The O-line issues had to be heavily coaching related. How else would they NOT know how to pass off stunts & pick up blitzes? More talent needs to be added but better coaching will go a long way to improving the unit.

Everybody missing the point of the Rooney Rule .NFL is a fraternity and by having interviews you putting your name in people mouths and thoughts. There's YT people who are just getting interviews who know they're not getting the job they want to be mentioned in the next cycle..it's called staying relevant 💯

…with a ton of respect to you guys for the research, it’s a great piece of interest as a side attraction but if we are going to stop looking like a team full of back-up talent to the rest of the league, we gotta stop pushing our assets at broken guys and bargain bin projects. Im going to explain to you all the role of an OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR. It's discouraging to hear content creators and die hard fans talk about the OC as if play calling is the the only role. Shut up Bears fans and learn for a former DIV I QB, Coach who also was an OC who DID NOT CALL PLAYS . First, understand, only football OC at the pro level or great college college coachs can be a Coach and call plays at the same time. Not to mebtion most pro OCs are pisition coaches BUT MAIN ROLE of ThE OC is TO INSTALL THE OFFENSE. Which is continuous. The OC also manages the play to olay substitutions which is a very complicated task. The OC has to be an effective communicator because he has to effectively explian the initialive or the offense and establish the offensive philosophy. Thinking that play callijg is the only job of the OC is the take of a casual fan. The OC is also the Coach or the offensive position coaches. The OC scouts the next opponent and then implement the plays that they will use to attack the offense. The OC also makes analysis Data on both side of the ball, and we are also known to lead defensive meetings. Ben Johnson Excelled in all of these things. If he chooses this young OC then ill trust it.

@ a young tackle that’s been up and down Darnell has made mistakes but you don’t see him getting his ahh kicked every snap when you look at Braxton even when he’s technically blocking his man he’s also getting his ahh kicked it’s just scary and that’s Caleb’s blind spot sooo
