Everyone loves to slob on Poles' knob, yet he has made so many terrible decisions. We all know Eberflus never should've been retained, and they lost out on Johnson because of it. At best, he plays out the rest of this season and then he's fired. Then we're back to where we were with Fields. A new HC and new OC in Williams' sophomore year. It just doesn't make sense. I mean, hell, since he stuck with Eberflus, he should've at least hired Kingsbury, knowing they were drafting Williams. That was a perfect match. I really don't get the adoration for Poles?

Bears aren’t reaching the playoffs this season. Just hoping they finish with a record above 500. Gotta keep Flus for the rest of the season too; his defense keeps Caleb in games which is good for his development. At this moment I am more concerned about Caleb's games against good teams! He struggled with good teams in college and struggled lead his teams to victory versus equal teams. Not really... but Caleb Williams is not "Generational Talent". Eberflus's ceiling as a Head Coach is at best 16th best coach! The poor O-line is all on Poles and Eberflus. It doesn't seem like Poles and Cunningham can evaluate O-line Free Agents and Draft Prospects! This is why the Bears would have been better off: 1. If you keep Eberflus... than keep Fields and trade the pick for at least a top 3 pick, a 2nd round, a 3rd or 4th round and 1st or second round pick in 2025 draft. Keeping Fields, draft MHJ, Jared Verse, Zac Frazier, Dominic Puni and more would help out a 7-win and possibly make a run in the playoffs. 2. Fire Eberflus and draft Williams or Daniels then hire Johnson or Kingsbury.

Ryan Poles made a mistake by keeping Eberflus. Poles should’ve looked for a brand new coach to go with the brand new QB. But it’s not surprise the Bears did this. We win the next couple of weeks. we're still in a great position even though we should be 6n1 right now. We still need o line help, and if Caleb doesn't have time against better teams like with what happened against Washington it doesn't matter who the coach is, because with time things Happen, good things. Without it, gruden or belichek could coach, and there would still be problems No one was mentioning Johnson or any other coach before. Don't start now. Coaching is part of the problem but it's poles yeah he signed Davis which many thought was good but even he wasn't gonna be enough for the oline to be better and poles being an oline guy himself should've known the trenches needed help. How come that's not brought up enough? Experienced head coaches would've demanded that or more help by now. That's something i hope flus starts not to stay so quiet about since it's his job on the line

I remember watching Anthony Adams, Tank Johnson, Adewale Ogunleye, Thomas Jones, Mike Brown, Muhsin Muhammad, and Desmond Clark play for Chicago! I pay attention to the Bears all year, not just during the regular season. So I'm not just some random, fair weather, Gen X or Z Bear's fan! I bleed blue and orange, and although I may get disappointed in them at times, I'll always cheer for my Chicago Bears!

Im staying with Flus. Andy Reid took 7 years before the Chiefs won a SB. Flus has improved our defense greatly, and now that we have CW, we have the pieces to be a tough team to beat. Compared to where we were 2 years ago, we're much better off. Keep Flus, let him learn from his mistakes, and continue to make this team better.

@orion3706 Flus should of nvr been hired, cause he nvr had the credentials and this is why defensive DCs should stay doing defensive things. Only a few have known what to do on finding an OC. He's been a HC fr 3yrs now and has a bogus record. They need to find a Offensive Minded Coach.
