Nolan Allan stood out as poised and cerebral. I liked his decision making.
@dparis2172Ай бұрын
@@Lebowski55 I must have been noticing him at the wrong times. As the game wore on he seemed lumbering and non assertive.

Yeah I'm not sure where the criticism is coming from. Him and Del Mastro were the two best dmen
@LockedOnBlackhawksАй бұрын
@@jasonprice9823 I just thought both's outlet passes were pretty sloppy, but it was their first game in months. Not holding any rust against these guys at all. Allan looked really solid in the physicality departments and was in all the right places.

Going to the Hawks v Wild game tonight. Hope the boys come out firing again like last night. Let’s Go Hawks!

Fir a guy that was supposed to be mainly a defensive forward, Spellacy had a nice goal.

I hope to see better connection in transitions and just better consistency tonight. I’d also like to see them prioritize getting the puck to Lardis in shooting positions whenever he’s on the ice as it looks like he clearly has the best goal scoring ability on this team.

Lardis can shoooooot that biscuit baby

Seemed like a lot of the hawks were struggling with the ice, including slaggert and EDM. I thought it was a good performance overall. Forechecking was great, intensity was up there. Plus many other prospects like levshunov, moore, boisvert, vanacker and rinzel who weren't playing. Very exciting times.

Jack, I’m curious whether you think Colton Dach has what it takes to be part of the picture for the Blackhawks.

I'll answer today on Mailbag Monday! Gonna be a BEEFY one!

Jack, great job giving us this Saturday content and covering last night’s game! Anyone who’s a Blackhawks fan but not subscribed to this channel is doing themselves a disservice. Nolan Allan looked slow and disinterested at times. Not good. Del Mastro was so-so. I don’t think breakaways are his jam and the condition of the ice at that point of the game didn’t do him any favors. Still, should have been a better effort. The play out of the back was less than impressive, across the board. I was expecting to see better from Comeso. First long look I’ve had of him and I was not impressed. First goal was excusable but the one that hit his glove - oof! 🤦🏻♂️ Overall he didn’t look very solid between the pipes.

No idea what your talking about Nolan Allan had a great game and wasn’t that slow or disinterested he was great defensively and offensively and he wasn’t playing slow he was playing smart
@dparis2172Ай бұрын
@@brianschlaf7007 Mine seems to be a minority opinion so hopefully I was just noticing him at the wrong times.

First showing in awhile, not going to put too much stock into it! Appreciate the kind words, though! Now the real fun begins with episodes EVERY DAY

Can't wait to see the hawks shock the league this year. Everyone is convinced they will be a bottom feeder. I see plenty of trap games coming. Love it

Gonna be a hard team to play against, that's for sure!
