@mbaMission11 ай бұрын
First off, great username! Second, yes, most top business schools, including Chicago Booth and Northwestern Kellogg are going to look for a minimum of 4-6 years of work experience.

Hi there not sure if you can answer this questionm my main purpose of doing an mba is doing break into ib via associate programs, may i know does age matter? im most likely graduating around early 30s, does age matter alot in terms of recruitment from banks? Also, for international students, is it usually alot harder to secure a job post graduation given that employers may favor students that are local without having the need to sponsor visas?

Age itself is not a significant factor for investment banking recruiters, especially if you have the experience (and the lack of banking experience) that they are seeking. Additionally, if you are someone that seems like an ideal fit for their IB program, the fact that you will need sponsored will not be much of a deterrent.
