That's really great work Kyle. I'm just on the verge of trading in a few Canon bodies for the R6 mk2. It's basically everything I need I think. (I'm keeping a 6D mk1 and a Fuji X100V though). I reckon that's a 3 cameras dream team. I can't believe how crisp the 24-105 looks. I'd need to keep my EF-24-105 and use an adapter. I have too much EF glass to duplicate stuff. I think Canon really got it right with this camera. They are never quite leading-edge, but they always seem to do what you want. Anyway, beautiful video of a great city (I'm from the UK, living in South West France, but visited Chicago a few times in my former IBM Minnesota days).

That sounds like a dream team set of cameras. I moved from the 5D Mark IV before this one and I’ve been pretty happy! I expected the video quality to be pretty good, but the photo quality ended up being better than I expected! Also impressed with their compression codecs. I filmed this entire video with IPB lite (smallest file size) and I’m sure I could go in and fine small thing that would’ve been better with regular IPB or ALL-I, but it’s insane how good the quality can be with such small file sizes.

excellent color grading, can you briefly tell how you did it. Did you use LUT and which one? thank you

Sooo I’m currently working with a 10 year old MacBook Pro and it’s a PAIN to work with Luts on premiere pro or davinci. Takes forever. So for this I actually color graded everything with the VSCO app 😅
