A weapon was seen (and later found on his person, after he tried to run away), and he placed his hands on it, and wouldn't let go. Redirection strikes, a legal technique that makes people release whatever they are holding, in order to defend themselves from those strikes, will result in open and empty hands. However, most of the ones defending him, are so clueless and ignorant about a technique that is legal and used for the safety of the Officers.

He walked by, an Officer noticed that he was carrying a firearm, the Officer called him to stop so they could investigate the armed individual and the legal possession of said firearm. Homie took off running....definitely NOT a sign of an innocent and law-abiding citizen...and Police gave chase, and tackled him to the ground as he reached for the firearm. Is that a good enough update ???

You're doing exactly what you're accusing the media of, putting out a false narrative. It seems like you were thinking about the George Floyd case when you said he swallowed something (presumably drugs). The police said he had a gun in his waistband. That's a legitimate reason to arrest him. But your accusation about swallowing anything was completely fabricated.

An Officer saw him carrying a weapon in that area, and asked him to stop to verify his legality of his possession of the firearm. He took off running....definitely not a sign of a law-abiding citizen or Concealed Carry allowed individual, which is against the laws of Concealed Carry....got chased, got caught, reached for his gun and wouldn't let go of the firearm.
