Mike Montgomery was an absolute dawg this playoff run. So many hero’s who contributed BIG TIME in that clubhouse

Literally everyone had a big moment, except Heyward. He was terrible

@@aidanmiranda6140 yeah I agree from our perspective of us fans, but I’ll give him credit for what seems like being a GREAT clubhouse guy. Rain delay speech is now cubby lore and I love to give his character rightful dues, but yeah on field was tough. The biggest play in RF in that postseason run was ironically by a late game replacement in… Almora Jr LOL

@@bballer3712 yep even soler was more productive than Heyward

Jake Arrieta was so clutch this series that I wouldn't have had any complaints had he won WS MVP.

should have been him or Rizzo

You did a really nice job editing these videos. I wasn’t expecting nearly every batter when I watched the first one, but it really helps to follow the flow of the game. Good job, and thanks!

Joe Buck had a crush on Kyle Schwarber during this game

He was amazing that postseason. I don’t think Chicago wins the World Series without him

Andrew Larson Yes I think from 2012-present that Joe Buck has been an awesome announcer, a massive contrast to his earlier career where he was very boring and unenthusiastic. His call of the cubs winning the pennant and the World Series were amazing.

Schwarber batted like .412 in the WS i think, definitely don't win it without him

I know us Cubs fans did, tearing his ACL early in the year then coming back to even play in the World Series and not only that but rise to the occasion was very remarkable
