Do you Remember that one time in 79,the Cubs let 4 runs score in one minute,not a grandslam either,,when Sutter,was put in the game in the 12th inng,and Larry Cox tripped over his own feet,,,only time Kenny Holtzman relieved Bruce Sutter,,odd but true..

Of all the games, innings or batters faced for Hall of Famer Bruce Sutter to show a video for...why this? Waste of time for people wanting to see what made Sutter great and why he is in the Hall of Fame.

Keep in mind when watching this... this game went 12 innings. Bruce Sutter came into this game to start the 10th inning. He was in his 3rd inning of relief here. Something you would not see for a closer in 2021. Obviously... fatigue was a major contributing factor to his poor outing. Btw... Sutter won the NL Cy Young award in 1979 leading the NL in Saves with 37, had an ERA of 2.22, and 110 strikeouts in 101.1 IP. Sutter was voted in to the MLB Hall of Fame in 2006.
